John A. Meltzer, CRE, CCIM, President, has for 42 years specialized in the leasing and management, financial analysis, development, and construction and retrofit of office, retail, and multi-family product in Louisiana and land in Colorado. Representing financial institutions, trusts, and high net worth individuals, John has performed site selections, due diligence, and valuation while focusing on entrepreneurial strategies to reposition problem product to their highest and best use.

Mr. Meltzer received a B.A. in French and Economics at the University of Denver in Colorado, and a Masters of International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona. John was a Board and founding Member of Crescent Bank and Trust, based in New Orleans, La.

He is a past volunteer/teacher Teen Life Counts, a teen suicide prevention program, executive committee and Board member of Jewish Family Services, a past board member and executive and building committee member of Kingsley House, and the New Orleans Board of Realtors, Commercial Investment Division, the Metropolitan New Orleans YMCA, and past board and executive committee member of Willow Wood/Woldenberg Home for the Aged (non-profit). He is a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
